Interested in Starting a Chapter?
Whether you represent a medical school, undergraduate institution (LMSA Plus), or an international group, you can start an official LMSA chapter by completing our Chapter Application Form below. ? Start a Chapter – Fill Out the Form Here
What to Expect:
- This form serves to intake new prospective chapters into the LMSA organization.
- LMSA National encompasses five regions—Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and West—and includes National, International, and Regional chapters.
- The form covers all required information and documentation for each level (some overlap may occur).
- Estimated time: about 20 minutes to complete, depending on document preparation.
- Once submitted, the LMSA National team will review your application, contact you with approval, and forward it to your respective region for final recognition.
