LMSA is committed to supporting students across every stage of the medical journey through mentorship, community, and connection. Our mentorship efforts help pre-health students, medical students, residents, physicians, faculty, and alumni build meaningful relationships rooted in guidance, representation, and service.

Mentorship is central to LMSA’s mission to increase representation in medicine and support students committed to serving Latino, Hispanic, and underserved communities. Through national, regional, and local initiatives, LMSA connects members with mentors who can offer academic, professional, personal, and leadership guidance.
