Wondering what the status of your LMSA membership is?
You can check by logging into your membership profile! Instructions to do so are below:
Option #1: Log into this website! Click on the Login button in the top menu. This will ask you to sign in through our member management profile, Join It. Once you sign in and authorize the connection, click on Member Profile under the Welcome tab. Your membership status should appear on this page.
Option #2: Head directly to the Join It login page! Sign in with the email address associated with your membership. You should see your membership type and status once you do.
If neither of the above work, you may not be an active or recently expired member of LMSA National. Alternatively, you may not be using the correct email address. In either case, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org – we’d be glad to help!
Another note: if you had previously registered for a lifetime membership tier, your records were transferred to our new member management platform with an expiration date four years after your initial registration. If you have a four-year membership but anticipate graduating more than four years after your membership starts, you may request a membership extension here.
Lastly, if you are a current member but have not claimed your new profile with Join It, please follow the instructions below:
- Visit the Join It login page.
- Click the “Forgot Password?” link.
- Type in the email address associated with your membership.
- Use the password reset link sent to your email to set a password and access your profile.
- Once logged in, click on the Edit Membership Info button.
- Complete the form fields and hit Update Member Information.
