Join LMSA today!

Thank you for your interest in joining the Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA)!

By joining, you will be a part of a network of thousands of trainees and professionals committed to improving the landscape of health for the Hispanic and other communities of color in the United States.

Your LMSA National membership comes with a suite of member benefits! Please visit our Member Benefits page to learn more about the perks available to you as an LMSA member.

Please note that your membership dues will be used to support LMSA programming at the chapter, regional, and national levels. Funds are used primarily to ensure that LMSA conferences continue to be excellent, and that our students receive ample opportunities for scholarships, travel awards, and other resources you need to excel as trainees and as healthcare professionals.

For all membership-related inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out to the LMSA National Chief Development Officers at membership@lmsa.net.

Please select the appropriate membership type below. Once selected, the plugin will redirect you to our membership management platform, Join It. Please complete your member registration transaction within that external window. Once completed, please return to this site to log in and access member-only information.

If you are a medical student in a dual-degree program with an overall duration of more than 4 years, you may request an extension of your membership, such that it expires on your expected graduation date. Please fill out the LMSA National Membership Extension Form here. The LMSA National Chief Development Officers will review your request as soon as possible.

Registration for high school students is free! If you are a high school student, please email the LMSA National Chief Development Officers to request a promotional code to waive the $5 fee for a 1-year Pre-Health Student Membership. A new code must be obtained each year for complimentary registration. (We recommend clicking the “Switch to one-time” billing option on the registration page to avoid renewing payments.)
